Dan is the owner of Brauning Appraisals and has been appraising real estate in the Napa Valley since 2002. He is a Certified Residential appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. He is also working towards an appraiser's certification in the state of Nevada.

Dan is a graduate of DeVry University with a BS in Telecommunications Management and is a Napa Valley native. He is an active member of Napa's Sunrise Rotary and founder and moderator of the Napa County Appraisers Association www.napacaa.org. In addition, he is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute working towards the SRA designation.

Dan enjoys hiking and snowboarding in his free time away from his desk.
